Property Management Assistant
Pasadena, CA Temporary $21.00 - $24.00/hr Onsite

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Property Management Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, clients, vendors, and visitors. This role supports daily office operations and ensures exceptional service across our property management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer and route incoming calls; respond to general inquiries.
  • Maintain front desk area, lobby, and office common spaces.
  • Assist with resident requests, maintenance work orders, and general communication.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support leasing team with scheduling tours, preparing documents, and filing.
  • Update resident records and databases as needed.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to track and update service requests.
  • Assist with preparing notices, correspondence, and property-wide communications.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks including scanning, copying, and data entry.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • 2+ year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience (property management experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage) is a plus.

Pay $20-24hr

Monday-Friday fully onsite 8am-5pm/1 hour lunch
